Our History

Agate Integrated and Behavioral Healthcare Services Inc. embarked on its journey in 2019, inaugurating its inaugural location in Baltimore City. The organization was founded with a singular objective: to enrich lives.

The visionaries at Agate Integrated and Behavioral Healthcare Services Inc. firmly believe in the efficacy of holistic mental health services to achieve this objective. Here, we go beyond mere clinical assistance; we ensure our patients are equipped with all the necessary tools for a fulfilling life.

Agate Integrated and Behavioral Healthcare Services Inc. addresses non-clinical needs through our comprehensive case management and temporary housing offerings. Since inception, our clinical team has expanded to manage a caseload of nearly 100 patients.

In 2024, Agate Integrated and Behavioral Healthcare Services Inc. will unveil its second location in Baltimore City, with plans for further expansion across Maryland. This new location will enable us to broaden the reach of our services and enhance our impact within the community.
